Susan Scarth – senior dance movement psychotherapist based in Edinburgh, Scotland will facilitate an 8-week dance movement therapy (DMT) group for therapists and counsellors seeking a place to come together in movement and verbal sharing.
Susan integrates her skills as a DMT with her extensive knowledge of the Laban Bartenieff Movement System (LBMS), to facilitate a creative somatic experience that grounds participants in the present moment through 'Weightsensing' and 'Flowsensing' – a more complete experience of physical grounding and breath work.

The creative body is accessed through group and individual movement experiences, and themes explored as they arise. There is sufficient time given to share verbally and to re-centre the self at the closing of the session.
